It can be very frustrating trying to find a vet when you need one, hopefully this page will help people out. Email me at resources@azchins.com with any vet info you may have. Having as many experienced chinchilla vets as possible at the disposal of Arizona chinchilla owners will save lives of sick chinnies. However, I do reserve the right to remove any vet that I find out isn't doing the right things for chins. It's the vets responsibility to do the research and understand that chins absolutely do need specialized care!! The use of proper medications and treatments is a must for any chinchilla vet. Ask as many questions as you can think of when you are dealing with a new veterinarian. Sometimes it is necessary to remove a veterinary from the list for various reasons.
